Gissträsk is one of the 400 lakes in the municipality. In 2015, we were lucky enough to get the one called Janiholmen.
This was an incredible opportunity and it allowed us to build a unique fishing camp.
We allowed ourselves to go a little crazy on the cabins’ architecture so they are a little tilted !
The camp is composed of 3 cabins each furnished with a double and a single bed.
They can be heated via a wooden stove.
The 4th cabin is the original one which we renovated. It is a coomon room and the sleeping quarters of your guide.
You will also find a saunawhere you can relax after a day on the water.
This fishing camp does not have electricity. Although there is no running warter, the lake is full ! The toilets are therefore dry toilets.
The whole camp is unique in it look and you will find the calm and quiet very very enjoyable.
